Shipping
We utilize express delivery services (DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS), enabling us to deliver within 48 hours to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, and Denmark. For the rest of the EU, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. To check the expected delivery date for a particular product, you can submit your postal code on the product page.
Shipping is free for all EU countries, and unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside the EU at this time.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Returns
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days after your purchase. The product must be returned in brand new condition without any signs of wear or installation. If the product is unwanted (wrongly ordered or no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Wrong or damaged item
For potential reclamations, please contact us at info@u2autoparts.com before sending the item back. The item must be returned within 30 days, along with an explanation of the damage or defect. Please retain your receipt and include it when shipping the order back to us so we can reimburse you for the shipping cost.
