Shipping

Due to the fact that we use express delivery services (DPD, UPS, DHL, GLS), we usually can deliver during 48 hours (in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark) and up to 3-5 business days for the rest of the EU. You can always check the expected delivery date by submitting the postal code of your location on the page of the particular product.

Shipping is free to all EU countries. Shipping outside the EU is not available at the moment.

 

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

The seller is UAB "Abronsa" company, registered in Republic of Lithuania, EU. Registration code 304525354

 

Invoicing

Due to recent EU regulations, final prices on our site vary by the buyer's destination country because of the different VAT rates.

Our company is VAT registered in Germany, France, Italy and Lithuania. Buyers from these countries will receive their local VAT invoice with the corresponding VAT rate.

If you are VAT registered in another EU country (except Germany, France, Italy, Lithuania) - add your VAT number to the order and receive an opportunity to buy with VAT 0% (Intra-EU trade).

To prevent possible fraud, for Intra-EU trade (VAT0) transactions we ship to the VAT registered address only.

Private persons will receive VAT OSS invoice.

 

Returns

Hassle free returns during the 30 days after your purchase. The only one requirement is that the product should be returned in brand new condition (there should be no signs of wear or installation). If it is an unwanted product (the wrong product was ordered or you just don't need it any more) - buyer pays the return shipping cost. Contact us on info@u2autoparts.com and we will provide you the return instructions.

Wrong or damaged item

Regarding possible reclamations, always contact us at info@u2autoparts.com prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within a total of 30 days and with an explanation of the damage or defect. Don't forget to save your receipt and to include it when shipping the order back to us so we can pay you back for the shipping cost.

Refunds returned to the same form of payment used (PayPal by default)
