Original Renault

This coolant inlet pipe is the rigid pipe that feeds coolant to the water pump on the Renault Trafic III with the 2.0 dCi (M9R) engine. It links the cooling hoses to the pump, so it is always under pressure and heat. It is usually replaced because of a leak. Look for damp patches or white, crusty residue on the pipe or its joints, a coolant level that keeps dropping, or a crack or corrosion at a connection. It does not fit M9R engines with index 650 or 730, which use a different pipe, so check the engine index on the engine plate. After fitting, refill and bleed the cooling system. The OEM number is 140532602R; compare it with the number on the old pipe.
