Original Mopar

This gear lever assembly is the complete gear stick with its housing and selector mechanism for the manual gearbox. On these vans it sits high in the dashboard console next to the steering wheel and passes the movement of your hand to the gearbox through the two gear cables. It is usually replaced when the lever has play or rattles, gear selection feels vague, gears or reverse are hard to find, or the lever or housing is cracked or broken. It fits the Fiat Scudo II (272), Citroen Jumpy II and Peugeot Expert II from 2007 to 2016 with 2.0 diesel engines. After fitting, check that every gear, reverse included, goes in cleanly. The OEM numbers are 1400284480 and 2400EG, so compare them with the number on your old part.
