This intercooler outlet hose carries the cooled charge air from the intercooler to the intake side of the engine on the Opel Insignia B 2.0 BiTurbo CDTI (D20DTR, 210 hp), 2017-2020. It is not meant for the ordinary 2.0 CDTI. The hose works under full boost pressure and engine-bay heat, so over time the rubber cracks, goes soft from oil mist or splits at the clamp. Typical signs are loss of power, a hiss or whistle under load, limp mode, underboost fault codes and oily residue at the joint. 39155304 is the current number and supersedes 39096279.
