This is a genuine Mazda oil pump assembly with filter for the 2.2 SKYACTIV-D engine. The pump circulates engine oil under pressure to lubricate bearings, the camshaft and other moving parts. A worn or failing pump causes low oil pressure, which triggers a warning light and, if ignored, leads to severe engine damage. The set includes the pump body (SH01-14-100A) and the oil filter (SH01-14-240). Compatible with Mazda 3, Mazda 6 and CX-5 with the SH-01 engine. OEM reference: SH01-14-100A.
