This radiator inlet hose is the upper coolant hose on the 1.6 dCi 160/165 EDC (R9M): it carries hot coolant from the engine to the radiator. It fits the Megane IV, Scenic IV and Grand Scenic IV 2016-2018, and the Espace V and Talisman 2015-2018 with this engine; the 1.6 dCi 130 uses a different hose. Replace it if the rubber is cracked, swollen, soft or hardened, if it seeps at the ends, or if the car keeps losing coolant or runs hot. Bleed the cooling system after fitting. 215010444R supersedes the earlier 215012351R, so compare the number on your old hose.
