This airbag module (ECU) is the control unit of the SRS system. It uses its internal crash sensor and the satellite sensors to detect a collision, then fires the airbags and seat-belt pretensioners. It also stores crash data and fault codes. It is usually replaced when the airbag warning light shows an internal control-unit fault, or after an accident once crash data has been stored. It fits the Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer from 2014 to 2023. The 2006-2014 vans use different numbers. You get the unit only, with no airbags or sensors. It is not the clock spring and not the body computer. Disconnect the battery before starting work, and have the new unit coded with suitable diagnostic equipment. The OEM numbers are 46858203 and 1375110080, so compare them with the label on the old unit.
