This gear shift cable fits the Hyundai Trajet 2.0 CRDi, 2001-2008, with the 5-speed manual gearbox only. It runs from the gear lever in the cabin to the selector mechanism on the gearbox and passes each lever movement through to the gearbox. It usually needs replacing when gears become hard to select or will not engage, the lever feels loose or vague, or the cable is stiff, stretched or broken at an end fitting.
