Original Renault

The Quickshift gearbox selector 8200521978 is the electronic lever in the centre console of the Renault Twingo II 1.2 55kW with the BVR5 Quickshift robotised gearbox. Built-in position sensors tell the gearbox control unit whether R, N, A/M or +/- is selected, and the control unit then operates the gearbox actuators. Typical reasons for replacement: the position is not recognised, R or A cannot be selected, the gear display flashes or shows dashes, the gearbox warning light is on, or selector position fault codes are stored. 8200915406 and 8200521978 are interchangeable numbers for this lever; compare the number on the old part.
